Nearly one month later and i’m still waiting for my order, which i’ve paid nearly 90€ for. No response to any emails and phone number doesn’t work. This stuff tastes vile, i’ve used it quite a bit but gag every time. I wouldn’t do business with these people anymore.
I cancelled my subscription oth through my online account and by email but they still sent me the product. It's a great idea but I can't stomach the stuff.
DON'T SUBSCRIBE! Try it first. It was, absolutely, NOT to my taste but it maybe to yours. I still have over half a pot left PLUS the one I cancelled.
This appears to be a 2 person UK company. The person I corresponded with was Hannah Stutchfield. Hannah has stopped replying to my emails that simply ask for a returns label so I can get a refund! This has been going on since mid May '24. I'll give it one more attempt to contact them.
