Refund process is poor
Done an order with this company and refused the delivery as I wanted a refund as I did not want the order I made. Royal Mail have now said they tried to deliver back to them today but was unsuccessful. So now I am worried and have had to make a dispute with my bank! Shocking!!

Impossible to open the push down bottles
Good flavours but damn most the bottles are incredibly difficult to open. I have to cut the plastic ring under the push down cap and have stabbed myself twice now trying to open these. Great flavour but bad bottle design. On and the filling needle needs to be smaller as they leak oil everywhere when I fill my vape. These liquids cause nose to bleed due to chemicals they put inside their liquids so use this with caution
