Excellent experience with Luxe Nest Services

I had an excellent experience with Luxe Nest Services. They delivered a top-tier post-occupancy clean—every detail was handled with care, and the place was left absolutely spotless. The team was professional, efficient, and very thorough throughout the process.

Have had terrible results with web…

Have had terrible results with web development leads from Bark. Most leads don’t even respond and those that do are often not ready or are just testing the water. I have wasted over $1500 on leads with minimal work to show for it.

Unfortunately, I am not going to take this answer that you can not refund my credits. This is absolutely bullshit that as the only contractor that has paid for the service, tried on multiple times to connect with the client with no reply from them and then they cancel their posting. This person should be banned. This is happening all the time with people not responding. How is it fair that we are paying $40-$60 per lead with no recourse for the original poster not responding. We spend good money to answer these leads. BARK needs to do better to protect the contractors as well. You have all these things to protect the client but nothing to protect the contractor from shitty people wasting our time and money.

Here is a screenshot of all my messages being read and not answered until yesterday. I've also left phone messages with no response.

Please refund my credits

I have also witnessed many times the same lead come through with different phone numbers to contact. These are leads that are supposedly from real clients and are requesting that I contact them directly. This is a SCAM and Bark does nothing for it , I believe this is just employees of BARK creating the leads themselves for money.

Poor Quality False Leads

Was explained that only 1 in 10 leads get a response and would be refunded if not. Each lead is costing me over £10 and out of 15 leads made no contact. £150 down the drain. Tried to email, call, whatsapp and SMS customers. Some blocked me. Bark is a scam operation selling false leads, promising refunds and then relying on a awful refund policy
