I have ordered samples from Barker so far and plan to order kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts in the next few months. The sample doors were very well made and I really like the quality of the paint samples. These items were shipped quickly and very well packaged. I made one phone call with a question and due to the 3 hour time zone difference it was very early in the morning there. I left a message and my call was returned within 15 minutes. Very impressed with the service and products.

I ordered drawers for pull out storage for my kitchen base cabinets. The quality of the dovetail, birth 5 ply-plywood construction hands down better than any Box store...cheaper too!!

Barker door made it very easy for me to order the drawer boxes that I needed to replace my old ones. I ordered 13 drawer boxes and they arrived in approximately the amount of time suggested on the website. They were well packaged and in perfect condition when I received them. They were easy to put together and were well made. I am very satisfied with this whole process. The website how to videos and how to measure for the drawer boxes was very helpful and easy to follow. I absolutely love what I received. I have more work and drawer boxes to order and I will definitely be ordering from Barker door. Thank you for making this an easy process.

I ordered cabinet doors with an estimated delivery time that was not met. When I called to check on status so that I could plan the install, the customer service representative simply told me that they could not give me any information about my order. There was no tracking or estimate provided until they shipped. So, when the cabinet doors arrived later than the estimate, I was further delayed in the install because I had been unable to plan for the process due to having no idea when to expect the doors. The cabinet doors appear to be high quality and the delay in delivery was not that long, but I would not have chosen this company if I had known how they treat customers.

I ordered 4 doors for a cabinet that I was building. Arrived quicker that I thought and the doors are beautiful. They came packaged as not to damage them. They are the exact measurements that I requested and fit perfectly.

I ordered a eight cabinets for a master bath remodel. Delivery was within the lead time quoted on their web site, and the pallet arrived undamaged. The quality of materials and manufacturing is outstanding. No parts were missing, and every cabinet assembled perfectly. Doors and drawer fronts all fit properly. Barker included a generous oversupply of fasteners.

User friendly website but poor customer service. Placed an order and requested occasional updates, was difficult to get an actual update. Order too more than 10 weeks to receive, longer than expected. Will not order from Barker in the future. Quality was only OK.

Everything I order fits perfectly---great product

Very nice quality for the price. Order arrived well packaged so there was no damage. Only a couple of minor quality items but not worth requesting replacements. We will order from them again when it's time to do other cabinets in the house.
