It looks like their .ie website has been hacked, the minute I clicked to add an item to the cart it opened a dodgy sex site. Not confidence inspiring.

I am coming here after I place a order that I made a mistake. Barker photographic has called me and explained that what I have ordered would not suits me and explained everything to me and advised me to buy a different product even cheaper and better for my needs. I have never ever experienced an amazing costumer service like this one. Normally any other company would send to me my order and I would realize my mistake and would have to send back and spend more money with delivery and the hassle because of my mistake. Thank you so much, for sure we guys got a customer. I highly recommend barker Photographic

I purchased a microphone from Barker Photographic Ltd. I spoke with a lady called Helen, as there were certain specifics which I needed explained by phone. Helen answered all my questions to my satisfaction and was most professional, knowledgable and courteous, which made for a very pleasant experience. The price of my item was as competitive as any from Europe and to cap it all, I received my delivery within twenty four hours. Top marks from me. There may be those reading this review who think that I may have a personal interest in Barker Photographic, but rest assured, this one is objective.

I rang this company for help with a purchase yesterday. It is such a pleasure to deal with people who have an in depth knowledge of their products. Everybody I spoke to was really helpful. Helen dealt with my query, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. It is no surprise that they have a 100% rating.

Brilliant service from Barker Photographic Ltd. I purchased a DJI Mavic Mini combo from Barker Photographic Equipment, Cork in July 2020. Very happy with the drone and the combo kit is worth the extra money in my opinion as you get an additional two batteries, multi battery charger that charges three batteries, neat carrying case and other bits and pieces.

The price offered, service provided and advice from Esther at Barker’s was first class. She had the drone dispatched immediately which I received the very next day.

All in all a great buying experience and I couldn’t have expected anything more from Barker Photographic Equipment. Thank you :-)
