Excellent Customer Service
My springer spaniel,Scoobert,who is extremely fussy and has a sensitive stomach has been consuming Barking Heads All Hounder for a couple of years. His previous food was ridiculously expensive and other brands tend to give him an upset stomach or he would turn his nose up and walk away. I discovered he benefits from eating a fish based diet and after looking around Barking Heads has good ingredients and are reasonably priced. As soon as I opened the first bag I ordered, his nose dived straight in and I had wrestle him out of the cupboard!
Great customer service.Recently I had a delivery and when I opened the box,the bag was split with the food spilling everywhere. I contacted Barking Heads and Joshua was very apologetic. He arranged for a replacement straight away.
I have a subscription and I like I can accumulate points to get money off on an order. The subscription is easy to amend. Delivery is quick.

Great products, great delivery
Very fast delivery, packaged well. Use the subscription service as always a good price and easy to manage deliveries.
Recently tried a different format dog food to kibble with another company (led astray by fb marketing). He didn't eat it with as much enthusiasm from the start and then started leaving it. Have gone back to barking heads and it is eaten in minutes.

Delicious smells for little noses
Delivery was amazing.
I give a mixture of dry and wet food to my dogs.
My two pooches cannot wait to get their noses into their bowls once they get a whiff of the wet food, I've never seen them eat dog food so fast.
I wish there were more options in the dry food for Little Paws

Little Paws is great for small breeds.
The only brand that we have found that makes dry food in a smaller kibble size for little dogs - and which our fussy senior dog will happily eat. Delivery was super-quick too. Highly recommend.

Why I changed to barking heads
I kept my puppy Cassie on the food that was recommended by her breeder for 4 months and she always had an ‘iffy’ tummy. As soon as I changed to barking heads big foot her tummy has settled and ‘clearing up’ after her is so much easier, and her coat has a wonderful shine to it.
