Unprofessional customer service. For someone who is interested in hiring a bartender and to receive an email from someone asking whether I used or not AI to write my initial email requirement?. Likely a fake website and services

Jimmy from Brisbane bartenders was excellent. He turned upon time in his black-and-whites, made exceptionally yummy cocktails on request and nothing was too difficult. The business was very responsive and we have no complaints. Highly recommend. Thanks for making our party even better.

From the first email inquiry everything went smoothly! The team are lovely to deal with! The actually night was for my birthday cocktail party, the bartender arrived early, I made sure he had everything he needed and he began setting up. Cocktails were amazing, personality was great and even made some games! I highly recommend if you are after a bartender for your event! Great experience all round and will hire again!

I reached out via the website to inquire about cocktail-making classes for a HENS party, hoping for a smooth and professional experience. What I received instead was nothing short of appalling. After submitting my inquiry, I promptly provided the requested address for the HENS location within two hours. Days later, I received a follow-up email, to which I again forwarded my response, ensuring they had the information they needed.

Then, I was suddenly met with an unnecessarily rude and condescending email from someone named 'Dan.' His exact words were:

"We need the address first so I can ask the bar team whether they have anyone free ... if providing the address is an issue, we will let this one go. All the best with your search."

While the words themselves may not seem overtly rude, the context makes it clear just how dismissive and unprofessional this response was. I had already provided the address not once, but TWICE. Even if there had been a misunderstanding, no business should ever speak down to a potential customer in such a patronising tone. 'Dan' clearly needs to revisit his approach to customer communication because this was unacceptable.

Looking back, I should have heeded the warnings in the other one-star reviews. It seems the bartenders themselves might be talented, but unfortunately, to access their services, you have to endure the likes of 'Dan.' Frankly, it’s not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your cocktail-making needs. This experience was a complete disappointment.

Our experience was amazing! The staff we had over the 2 evenings were so polite and friendly, Jimmy was amazing! We will definitely be using them again!

Oleg came well before the time he was suppose to arrive and prepped everything for the drinks. He made one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!) highly recommend Barmen for hire for your next event!

Oleg was fantastic. His communication from start to finish was great and his service far exceeded our expectations. He was professional yet helpful and fun to work with. He also added a flare to an otherwise normal cocktail menu with his own additions of garnishes etc.

He truly made the biggest impact on the event in the best way and we can’t wait to book him again.

Natalia was fantastic, pleasant and sociable while maintaining professional service. She worked in with us and the chaos that NYE can bring. All our guests found her likeable. The company as a whole were very helpful leading up to the event with a drinks menu and a full shopping list! Maintained great communication and quick responses to our queries. Will be using them again in the near future.

Fake website... just check their address. Its a copy of a london postcode. The phone number is also not an Australian mobile phone prefix. Just try calling it before making any booking.

Also there website links can end up in other countries.

Very disappointed in this company. When I first enquired, the process seemed pretty straight forward, we had a few communication errors eg. Delays in responses, different people from the company emailing me etc. but nothing horrible. Once I paid the deposit to secure a bartender for my event date, all communication dropped off. I emailed multiple times asking for the final bill (trying to uphold my diligence as a customer) and radio silence. Eventually someone did respond and instead of assisting me, they said to reply in the original thread of emails which is just ridiculous. I emailed a further 4 times with no response. Their website looks legit, a few reviews in here which are potentially fake now that I have had this experience. Their number doesn’t work, no presence on social media. In hindsight, there were a few red flags but my initial dealings were pleasant. I do not recommend using this company - I don’t even know if it is real or not. I sent an email cancelling and to no surprise, no response. Losers

I recently had the pleasure of working with BarmenForHire for a hens party i was organising, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial inquiry for a quote to the execution of the event, their communication was exceptional. The process of hiring bartenders was made incredibly clear and straightforward, thanks to their efficient communication.

I must give special recognition to Connor, one of the bartenders assigned to our event. His proactive approach in reaching out before the event to provide guidance on ingredients and cocktail recommendations was truly appreciated. Guests raved about his suggestion to add vanilla to the espresso, which was a huge hit. Connor's attention to detail and valuable advice undoubtedly contributed to the success of our event.

Overall, the entire process with BarmenForHire was seamless and hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone in need of professional bartending services.

Barmen For Hire were really helpful with arranging a local Perth bartender for our corporate event. The quoting process was extremely easy and the communication prior to the day was informative, efficient and professional. Would recommend using them for your event.

Our mixologist, Russell and his assistant were both really lovely. Everyone really enjoyed the cocktail masterclass and I thought it was a great way to keep guests involved/entertained for an hour and a half. I was put in contact with Russell a few days prior to the class which was really helpful in organising the evening.

We have used Brisbane bar tenders twice and had great experiences both times.

Most recently we had Oleg and his cocktails were unreal. The service provided during the night was fantastic and the booking process was super easy too. Very friendly and straightforward!

Will always use Brisbane bartenders for our events :).
