Disgusting service. Placed a large order. Stated 2 day fulfilment. 2 weeks later the order is still ‘being processed’. Seller ignoring repeated messages.
Now trying to cancel the order as it won’t be here in time but being told I can’t cancel because the order is ‘being processed’ !!

Toy arrived with a missing part and 3 months later still haven’t been sent a replacement part or item. Terrible customer service, do not shop here!

We’ve had both a wooden dollhouse and a wooden clock from Barnshenn, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful — everything feels so solid, smooth, and thoughtfully made. The dollhouse has become a favourite in our home, encouraging hours of imaginative play, and the clock is a great learning tool for shape sorting and learning to tell the time.

You can really tell that care and quality go into every detail. It’s such a joy to find toys that are both aesthetically pleasing and genuinely engaging for children. Highly recommend Barnshenn for anyone looking for timeless, well-made wooden toys

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Avoid at all costs! Items were broken and faulty. Their customer service is appalling! They sent me a returns label to return the items, which they have received and have still not given me a refund. They do not respond to emails and I am now without the goods or my money! Absolutely awful! Do not buy from them!

Purchased an activity table at the start of April order no: BARN11057.
This was not what we thought it would be and therefore requested a return by email. Took a few emails to get a response but when they did respond seemed helpful enough and sent a royal mail pre paid label for my return. I went along to the post office who scanned the label and entered manually to be told the label is not right and did not work. Went to a 2nd post office same issue.
I contacted Barnshenn regarding this, 3 unanswered emails and some time later i got a reply another label. 3 post offices this time and again label did not work. At this stage enough is enough so i paid to return myself. £7. This was sent around 2 weeks ago now, I also emailed informing i had sent it back order no attached no reply, no refund. I have emailed again since this and again no reply.

*Update*

Eventually had to open a dispute via Paypal as thankfully i paid with paypal. Still no comunication from this company so paypal settled case in my favour and a refund eventually onroute.

I ordered the market stall which was beautiful and of a really good quality.
It arrived very promptly with emails to notify me of arrival date.
We did have a slight problem with one of the pieces whilst putting it together.
Nothing to do with quality but just unlucky as one of the screws broke off.
The company were very good and offered to send the replacement item, tracked, arrival next day.
The item arrived today, in time for my granddaughter’s birthday.
They very kindly sent a lovely teddy bear as a gift for Sienna’s birthday and for the inconvenience caused!!
I would certainly recommend this company for the quality and their after sales service.

I ordered the space vehicle wooden toy from barnshenn for my niece's birthday and he is beyond happy. the delivery was super quick and i personally loved the quality of it. highly recommend barnshenn!

I absolutely love the grocery store and dollhouse I ordered for my girls—they’re thrilled with the products, and the quality is excellent. I had a change with the delivery address but Barnshenn’s customer service was outstanding and guided me through the process smoothly

Really disappointed, had such high hopes for this company, but my experience has been disastrous. Faulty kitchen sent, missing items, a big mess, chased resolution/response multiple times over a week, stayed at home a full day (unpaid) for a DPD collection of the kitchen and they didn’t turn up, when I voiced my concerns to the company, was told that my response has been ‘quite harsh’ and that they ‘find it disappointing’. Completely atrocious company, I believe they are fraudulent, seriously caused me so much stress over the last week. Sadly would not recommend and would advise people never to buy from here. Hoping the ombudsman can help me!

I was so upset when my order didn't arrive on time for her Birthday party as there was an issue with DPD not picking up my parcel, a week later the team managed to resend my parcel, I appreciate the quick response and action

I got the wooden farmhouse for my little one and he loves it!
The quality is amazing, I highly recommend it!

We received the wooden clock from barnshenn and what a beautiful learning toy! The order process was simple and delivered in good time. My daughter spends a lot of time learning her shapes, numbers and an introduction into telling the time. Can’t wait to order again soon
