Never received my order and no one responded to my query that I made via their website , in the end I had to contact my bank for a refund.

Would not trust or recommend this company

I checked about trading in my B750 QE sewing machine ended up ordering a super special edition red B735 PE - which was specially ordered for me from Bernina. It arrived before Christmas (delivery was originally Jan/Feb 2025). Love the machine. Thank you Callum.

Mystery Box bravely ordered - I hate wasting money or asking my self the question "Am I being ripped off ?" - and very pleased with the contents received and no rip off in sight I am pleased to report !!

I have rung Barnyerns on several occasions for help or advice they were very helpful and friendly and made me feel a wanted customer. The turnaround with orders is fast. When I want supplies they are the first company that I turn to.

When speaking on phone, staff are always polite and helpful. They notify of shipping dates etc by email, which is very useful. A nice seller to do business withaq

I took a chance on one of the mystery boxes and I'm very glad I did! You always worry when you go for mystery boxes that the items will be stock that the company can't shift. My box arrived, quickly, full of useful supplies, some everyday items and some items that I can find a project for but everything looked new and fresh. Communication was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Barnyarns to other customers.

I ordered a mystery box of goods from this company as I have bought from them before and found them to be trustworthy with their description of goods and quality I was sure that I would not be disappointed with whatever was in the box. Ordering was easy and the parcel arrived on time and in excellent condition. The contents of the box were numerous and very useful, good value for the price paid.

Sometimes you just need a surprise parcel of sewing goodies to cheer you up - so I couldn't resist the mystery box offer and I was not disappointed. A great selection of cottons that were new to me and I will enjoy trying out plus really useful sewing essentials and an off the wall treat. Barnyarns are always friendly and efficient.

I was making an order anyway so included a mystery box as a treat. I was pleased with the quality and value of the contents. However the items I ordered and needed to complete a quilt have not yet arrived. Shame that priority was given to stock clearance and not regular orders.

Been a customer of Barnyarns for a long time. I look out for them at shows where possible and enjoy seeing the products 'for real'. I have always had great service from Barnyarns and on occasion when something has been out of stock, I have been notified and given an anticipated delivery date by the friendly staff at Customer services, the goods usually arrive well before the quoted date. Goods are well packaged and excellent quality. I have just had 2 mystery boxes, they were both fantastic value and great fun to receive. Thank you Barnyarns, please keep up the great work.
