Absolutely gorgeous garments
Absolutely gorgeous garments! My one quibble is that the edges on all the skirt ruffles are serged rather than hemmed. Also, very weirdly, the skirts have size tags on the inside reading S/M... and neither the skirts, nor I can be described as small or medium :-)
I'm already trying them on just to wear them around the house because they are so beautiful.

Treat Yourself
As a repeat customer I cant recommend Barocco enough. Best prices and the quality is amazing. The pictures really don't do any of the items justice.
As someone who also works at a Renaissance festival, its easy to be tempted by cheaper options but dont be fooled these skirts are more durable then you think and are a comfortable garb option for both hot and cool fest days.
If you see an item you're absolutely in love with, treat yourself.

Poor packing
Beautiful skirt but it was packaged poorly. The skirt was crammed into a paper package and by the time it arrived it was popping out of the package and ripped during opening. It is so badly wrinkled. These skirts are expensive and I wish more care had been taken in shipping them.
Also - the black skirt has glitter on the silver detailing. A lot of glitter that comes loose very easily. I had a mess to clean after. I would not have purchased had I been aware of that. Something to consider when performing at venues that don't allow glitter.

HI Jennifer, Thanks for the feedback. I have taken it on board and Im looking into getting a new border for the black skirts which won't create any sparkles and larger postal bags so they have more room. We are also reinforcing the bags with paper (sustainable tape now). It was a real journey finding sustainable packaging - something which is really important to our ethos- and the paper bags were the best option. On arrival, we recommend to hang up the skirts and after you've worn them for an hour and had a swoosh the creases will be gone! I hope you're enjoying them. Best wishes, Roberta

My new obsession
Having treated myself to a number of different items for Christmas (Vagabond Skirt, Sansa Gown, Arabella Choli, and a Hooded Goddess Kimono) I can say with confidence these are my favourite items EVER. The colours are so rich and stunning, and you can see the amount of love, care and dedication that has been put into these items.
I was delighted with how quick and easy it was to order and then receive my items too. I ordered with the Rose Scent option and that didn't disappoint - waves of the Rose aroma could be smelled through the packaging before even being opened - my postie even commented on it!
I'll be using my items for both dance performances and themed card reading parties - they're so versatile, and great to coordinate with different clothing pieces to give a different look and vibe.
I cannot praise Roberta and her team at Barocco Tribal enough. Wonderfully crafted items and sleek service. Thank you
