Terrible bookies, joined through a promo offer and was told it was only available to Irish Customers. Impossible to contact. AVOID!!!!!

I had a shop bet in a Republic of Ireland shop and took a football match special for Richarlson too score for Tottenham and be carded also. 10 @ 10/1. He came on after 78 mins anyway scored and was carded but after final whistle so even though I thought this is a sure loser as that card won’t count I went back too the same shop and handed my docket over and after a few mins was told what I knew the card technically doesn’t count. A few mins later the cashier says they would pay me half 9/2 odds on my ten. It was a nice surprise by them and I think they are a great company and will bet again with them no problem.

Horrible Offers. The offers are disgusting this December. They chose slots where it is really hard to get a bonus round and then say you need to get 3 bonus rounds to receive a couple of free spins. Mininum bet 0.5 and they take a slot which does not have 0.5 only 0.4 and 0.6. By the time you are done you lost 200 and get 5p back from the free spins. Deliberately designing them to keep you hooked instead of a fair offer such as play 10 get 10 free spins. Avoid, there are several better options such as Lottomart, which give amazing offers which are actually fun to do and gives you a fair chance.

Promised a 200% bonus and they refused to give it. They then suspended my account as I threathened to close if I didn't get bonus...while suspended I had live bets open which won and they didn't pay as account suspended. Keep distance FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

At first I thought that their website was a front page for a scammer as it’s so amateur but I gave them a try based on the fact that they have a gambling license. It all went well for a week when I lost a few bets. Then I started winning and they didn’t like it and stake restricted me to a 75p maximum bet. Don’t waste your time with this outfit, stick to a reputable bookmaker.

Staff are really helpful and respond almost straight away in the chat and the withdrawal was instant in any other bookie it takes ages

Mind boggling decision to change the site recently. The list is endless of what’s changed for the worse.

Examples being
-Reduced odds all across the site
-All racing side markets removed
-All loyalty rewards removed
-Best odds removed for Greyhounds
-Different customer care (last one was excellent)

As the saying goes in life “If it’s not broken don’t try to fix it”

Really enjoyed this site originally but have had to open up elsewhere as everything I loved on site is literally gone.

Was a good site they upgraded introduced casino and the odds are shocking about 1/20 payout rate lowest of all the betting sites
Stay well clear is my only logical advice

5 losing bets then a £60 7/2 winner, they decided they didn't want to take any further bets. I feel embarrassed for them. I strongly believe an I.Q test should take place before given a gambling licence, these people are extremely dumb.

Find the customer service very helpful. They offer good specials on big games and the introductory offer is very good. They are an old school type bookie which I like. The website is not the best out there but I can deal with that given the positives mentioned above. The shops are as good or better than any in Ireland.

Opened an account, placed a few losing bets and then struck lucky and won 3/4 on a 50p ew lucky15. Immediately restricted to £0 on everything - from one flukey win on the horses.
Also had loads of problems trying to withdraw from them, they make you jump through hoops - note that depositing is frictionless.
Most definitely not a 'bookmaker' - impossible to call yourself that when taking risk aversion to such extremes. NOTE: I've given an extra star as the customer service reps- Shannon and Bronagh - are helpful, polite and blameless.

They call themselves bar one racing so you would expect they have no issues with you betting on horses.

On the contrary, as soon as you have a winner, you will be stake restricted to 0 without them even sending over an email to explain.

In my case I had a 16/1 horse come in for the grand winnings of around £300.

I had to contact them by email to find out why I couldn’t place any more bets…..

I had placed quite a few losing bets before the winner which they were of course happy to take.

Winnings were paid quickly to my account and bank so cannot complain about that.

Just absolutely senseless that they restrict so quickly if you have a winner.

Maybe you should just offer football and darts as I have obviously made your traders tremble with fear with my small racing winner.

Another embarrassing bookmaker... Absolutely worst bet placement system ever, and one decent winner they have to pay out Best Odds Guaranteed on and you immediately limited to £1.50 max winnings on a horse... UKGC should really put these kind of clowns out of business fast.. All these bookies do is leech off people that are too stupid and losing punters have gambling problems. Forget it if you actually bet intelligently

4 star (so far although I have read some worrying reviews) BOG on all UK and Irish racing and double odds on first goalscorer if they score again. Good range of markets. Negative the site does stick a lot.and the joining off is only for Northen irleand customers.

Useless app .forever freezing and not responding..they offer "super boosts" but what's the point if you can't get in to back it..Also told numerous times "wrong details entered"when this was not the case..

Loyalty goes along way spent hundreds won a bit lost abit . Didn’t use the account for a month then placed one in play and won. They then restricted my stake to zero - traders decision . Loyalty aye , cowboy bookies I’ll give them a year .
