The property was comfortable, modern, and very clean. All amenities were provided and well catered for, with a well-equipped kitchen and washing facilities. The property had a lovely terrace too. BUT, the area is very noisy with a diving shop right beneath the property, making it impossible to have an afternoon nap (kept waking up the kid!) due to the noise coming from their facilities, including: shouting, banging of objects on the floor, and cleaning their equipment!.

Amazing, spacious property - great communication - just 5 stars all over - if we ever travel to Gozo again, we'll most def be using these guys and wanting this villa - so spacious!

It was a perfect getaway ❤️ the rooms were clean, we were provided with 2 towels, detergent, washing machine, iron and ironboard.

We had a very bad start at another place, thank god you were available and rescued our holiday. The area is so nice and quiet. Great place to calm down and relax. 100% recommend.

We had an overall very good experience at the farmhouse. The place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the sofa could use replacing as it’s quite low, not very comfortable, and a bit worn out. Also, the power went off several times during the night, likely due to the electrical system being overloaded. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

Ants on kitchen cupboards, kitchen window cannot be fully open due to tab height, bathroom net thorn been like that for three years, window leading to garden with no hinge dangerous to fall off, 1 key only given to main door.

The accommodation was really good, clean and tidy. The only reoccurring issue is there is no secure place to leave luggage. Check out is at 10 but we had an evening flight. All other accommodations we have stayed at via air bnb provide somewhere to leave luggage until you leave.

Lovely villa and great amenities. Had a prompt response to a small issue that was dealt with the same day. Villa was immaculately clean and no hidden extras .

Was a great location for us and the perfect base for a family of 5.

really well equiped apartment, everything you need and very comfortable. great location with easy access to the nearby restaurants and waterfront.

Our stay was at Gawhra farmhouse. We did enjoy our stay but there were a few things that disappointed us! The pool area was good except for the very small bbq in the corner which we didn't use. The bathroom downstairs and of the main bedroom smelled of sewage which bothered us a lot. Baron farmhouses are overall good but some of them need some maintenance and renovation in bathrooms and beds.

Gorgeous, spacious 2 bed penthouse apartment in a brilliant location looking across the bay. Immaculately presented, super clean, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Inclusion of dedicated underground car space a bonus! Had a wonderful 2 weeks here, would definitely book again next time we visit Gozo. Thank you. :)

The house was beautiful. Suited all of our family needs. The location was a beautiful quit village situation. We went as a family, it met all of our needs with loads of space and lots of rooms. Having the swimming pool was fantastic. All in all great accommodation.

The booking, payment, arrival and departure process were seamless. The property itself if a dream and delivers on all its promises. We will definitely be back!

The Almonds Holiday Home has the potential to be amazing but unfortunately some aspects let it down which is why 5 stars are not given.

First impressions are “wow” until things slowly started to get our attention throughout our 5 night stay.

Pool and garden facilities we couldn’t fault. The pool is big, 2.2m deep and clean.
The canopy/gazebo area to sit and enjoy meals in the shade is a lovely added touch.
We also loved making use of the BBQ area, it is just a shame that it’s around the corner away from the socialising area.

Ants are quite a problem in the kitchen. They are always over the counter-tops and around the sink area. No mater how many times you wipe everything down and keep washing the dishes they’re always there.

The water system for the use of showers is unpredictable. Many of us experienced cold, warm and hot showers and could never get it “just right”. However the bathrooms were clean and fresh towels for everyone.

There is a radio but sadly it doesn’t work. You can’t get a radio station as there is no arial, you can’t connect via bluetooth and the USB also doesn’t work. It’s actually very pointless it being there.

Every room the floors are grubby…They are definitely not cleaned properly, especially the open kitchen/living room area. You don’t want to take your shoes off!
What’s also unpleasant and so unhygienic is the sofa. There is nothing inviting about it, you can’t sit on it at ease and relax. Not only does it look so uninviting but it absolutely stinks, feels absolutely filthy and it was avoided by our party.

We couldn’t get the oven to heat. There are “so called instruction’s” provided but they aren’t really instructions and we are unsure of it’s purpose. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it to work throughout our stay after many attempts by all of us.

However, We did have a wonderful family holiday and have made great memories. We would come back again and we would recommend the accommodation. We just hope these points are taken on board and worked on to make it even better for other people in the future.

The house was great, and the company was in contact with us all the time to help us in case we needed it.

Brilliant stay at the Harbour holiday home in Gozo. Everything was clean and facilities were great. Would highly recommend.

We were made to feel welcome, and the response was quick when we needed your support, even though it was Sunday. Just keep doing what you are doing. You got it right!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and almost brand new, but the experience can be improved. The AC compressor in the terrace blows hot air directly onto guests seated because of its low-lying location. The terrace facing Marsalforn is one of the apartment's strong points, but the hot air mars the experience. Netflix not available. No shower gel or basic cooking condiments like oil, salt and pepper.
The communal pool gets crowded quickly since it's small and many residents have access to it. The view here is of the rear of the apartments with rust and flaking paint.
There are two entrances to the underground garage spaces, which are not interlinked. Clear directions or a simple map would have avoided complications which arose which I will not get into here.
