Everything was found as expected - apartment was clean and welcoming. Check-in was assisted by Frances who was courteous and helpful. Most importantly I felt safe in my surroundings.

Everything was great including communication with the host. We will definitely book again

It is a lovely house situated in quiet area. Very clean. Very good communication with host.

The house was impeccably clean, well maintained and very spacious.
The internet suffered a bit on the ground floor as did mobile phone reception. Also we noticed that the tv was not a smart tv and would have liked to be able to have Netflix installed as the tv channels were quite limited.
Overall a great experience and would have loved to use the beautifully clean pool had the weather permitted. We will be looking to booking again for the summer!

Our stay there was relaxing and fun.
I just couldn’t fathom why the upstairs rooms needed coins of 1 or 2 euros before the heat regulator of the AC would work.

I think going forward such communications should be indicated in the house rules so occupants are informed and prepared adequately.

For over twenty years we have been away in Villas around the world and this is the best we have ever been. Coming in the winter ie Christmas to ccld to swim out side but with having the pool inside we were swimming most of the time. All the house is beautiful with a great look out over sea and village. The only thing we mist was that we always go away for Christmas and this was the only one that did not have a Christmas tree in it.

Excellent facilities and owners are really helpful to cater to all your needs. Will surely visit again!

I stayed with my family for 2 days and we all enjoyed a lot, felt like home with all comforts and was completely secure. The garage was very helpful. Thanks a lot, will visit again and recommend it to my friends.

The Blue House is in a very good location with nice views, and excellent communication with the representative for smooth checking in. Also there is a very good wifi coverage.
Over it is clean, but unfortunately needs some attention, as the general ambiance looks cold and tired and needs renovation.
Surely it's not ideal to sleep 8 as there are not enough chairs and seating in the living room.
The hot water runs out, AC`s don't seem to be very effective, spring mattresses are not very comfortable and toilet doors do not lock for privacy.
By far Baron can offer better alternative accommodation.

Very clean rooms, bathrooms, well equipped . Very enjoyable stay

Amazing flat. Large and well furnished. The location was amazing giving a little bit of quietness and not far from the center. Everything was really well prepared and organized for our arrival. Thank you

We felt very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the pools marvellous and sitting together in the living room and kitchen very pleasant.

Whenever there was a technical issue, the staff were very quick to help. Everything else was good.

Perfect for families with children.

The house in itself was nice and tidy.
Location is remote but easy to find.
It has all the basics for a rented home holidays and special mention for the good internet connection everywhere.

On the downside : there was an awful lot of mozzies, flies and ants everywhere.
There were works close to the home everyday starting at 7:00 pm.
Pool was cold (but that was expected, it is not heated).
And there was nothing of the usual "leftovers" like Salt, pepper,... we had to buy everything and leave a lot when we left.
Sun exposure is limited to the morning on the pool side and roof was not accessible leaving no other choice than leave the house on the afternoon to get some sun and get away from flies and mozzies.
Good : BBQ, internet, pool, room size, comfort, pods for washing machine and dishwasher
To improve : towels we can take to the beach, condiments when we arrive even if it is leftover, mosquito net for windows and/or doors so we can leave doors opened at night. Pool heater with solar panels.

Villa was amazing, have everything what we needed for our stay. It was family of 8 including grandparents and children. Swimming pool was deep enough to swim and have a fun.
Villa it self was są comfortable and everyone had own space.
Gozo it is beautiful quite place to stay and relax.
Communication with Frances was so easy and quick response.
I would recommend to everyone!

nice, clean and very smooth check in -

Very nice house, very well furnished, perfect for my family.
We've been coming around walking and using buses - it was not ideal but fine.
The pool is not big, but it was just what our kids needed to play and refresh themselves.
The only "bad" surprise was the strong goat smell during evenings.

Once again, our extended family and friends have really enjoyed staying with Baron Homes in The Dream. The property is well appointed and the staff are superb. I would strongly recommend booking a Baron Homes property if you intend to stay on Gozo.
