Fantastic service from start to finish!
From making my initial inquiry to receiving my barrier I could not have wished for a better service.
I wanted to share my experience with Barrier2go with potential other customers because although my order was relatively small and I am based overseas (although delivery of my barrier was within the UK) this did not deter Barrier2go from dealing with my request.
I've never had a need to purchase a barrier before so my knowledge of these products was very limited hence I appreciated the instant and detailed informative responses I received from Barrier2go all throughout the purchase process.
Once they had found the barrier I required their excellent communication continued right up until the moment I received the barrier.
In the faceless e-commerce world that we now live and shop in it was nice to know I was communicating with a very helpful human from start to finish!
