Where is the after-care?
I was pleased with the work, but after they left, I discovered that items were missing. I contacted them and was informed that my email had been forwarded to the business owner, who would be in touch.
After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I sent another email, only to have an auto-reply email back to say the business was now closed until 6 January 2026.
The after-care service of this company leaves a lot to be desired.
