Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. I was specific about symptoms on phone about foot pain and suspecting it was nerve related and asking if an appointment would be worth it, was reassured it would be and I’d get thorough assessment and scans etc. Arrive and was there less than 15 minutes and that was padded out with me talking about symptoms be polite.Basically Gary as I had no corns or hard skin he had no idea and said see GP. No proper examination of feet and no offer anything more than you can put insoles in your shoes! I advised wasn’t happy with being charged and was told it was a charge for the time. My partner went in and complained about charge. I’m fuming and so disappointed. I phoned to give one more opportunity for them to refund, they said they’d phone back and didn’t. Partner drove over again and got a refund. No apology at all. If I’d wanted a Chiropodist I would have booked one! This was not podiatry and the staff couldn’t care less that they didn’t deliver what they promised or that someone has left still in pain. I hope they don’t regularly rip people off! From my experience this is nothing more than a chiropodist and shoe shop.

My feet are as attractive as can be thanks to the Bartholemew Way Clinic

I never cease to be surprised at how ugly friends feet are. Smart, attractive, well-off women (and men) of my acquaintance, have the most ghastly feet; thickened nails, black, cracked heels. And though looks matter greatly, it is so very unhealthy to have uncared for feet and toenails. I am also very impressed with the charming staff on reception, what a difference smiling faces on the front desk makes.

Also, I am very impressed with the wide medical knowledge of the chiropodists in areas I might have though not in their area of expertise.

The most proffesional and friendly clinic for many physical ailments

I have been going to Bartholomew Way Clinic since it opened and am extremely happy with the care and attention I have always received and continue to receive.
The podiatrists are very professional and I am pleased to see that the business has expanded over the years and continues to thrive.
I also wish to mention the reception staff. They are second to none, always friendly and very helpful but in a professional manner.
