I needed help with a question that had 4 subparts, and I got two solved on my own, but couldn't figure out the answer for the two last ones so I asked for help and was pleased with it. The final result didn't match with the answer expected by the system, but because the expert added the formula to solve it, I was able to redo a similar question and was successful then. Thank you.

Do not sign up for this companies…
Do not sign up for this companies subscription. The cancellation for the subscription is very complicated and they continued to charge me £29.95 every month even after they stated that I unsubscribed. Terrible experience.

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option! This company's subscription expired September 2021. However, they have continued to extract money from my account each month since then. I have tried to contact them and each time they want me to renew my subscription before they will communicate with me.
