Disappointing 10/10.
The price on the website was 1490eur vat included, and when I wanted to make an order they canceled it because they claimed the price is actually without VAT and it's a mistake. That said I could not buy it at listed price, which is breaking the EU law.
All would be ok if they had at least appologised, offered a solution,maybe a discount or anything, but their support is just insanely dull without any wish or understanding how to do business and oblivious to their own mistakes. Disappointing 10/10.
I recommend you do not buy here as there might be more things wrong with the site.

We reiterate that the price is VAT-exempt! We invited you to contact the company to confirm that what we said was correct, but you refused, threatening us. We invited you to check other competing sites and try purchasing elsewhere, but you refused, threatening to give us bad publicity and prevent others from purchasing from our site! You did not make the payment, and we are not required to accept your terms of sale, as the sale was not finalized... so these threats are actionable if you continue to insist.
You did not make any purchase, nor did we make any sale, and we are not required to submit to threats.
Absolute wreck, but eventually resolved
Two stairs because our sofa eventually got here. But the path here was an absolute shitshow. Shopping was easy, they were helpful. The problem started when I asked for door to door delivery. They promised to get us a quote, but first started to ignore emails, later whatsapp, etc. The lies started to come, that they are waiting for the delivery company, or the sofa is already in the country, always telling tomorrow they'll have news, but ending up ignoring my messages the next day. After weeks of chasing they finally gave us the contact of the delivery company, who never heard about our request for a door to door delivery. After organising our local delivery provider finally we got the sofa, but I was really close to give up and get a refund. The sofa is great, but communication and the process was as painful as it gets. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
