I decided to use Barton & Co following the positive and honest valuation of my property. Having never bought & sold a property before I did have some concerns. Both Ollie and James put my mind completely at rest as they kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and were always happy to help and assist with any queries that I had. There's nothing we can fault James and Ollie on, but the main praise we have for them was the hard work they continued to put in once they'd found a buyer. They were chasing all sides regularly, keeping things moving and querying solicitors where needed. They had a brilliant rapport with our buyer, encouraging them to keep things moving too. Due to factors beyond their control, it was a long, difficult sale and I'm sure had they not have been involved we may not have got to the end of it successfully. On top of this, our house was empty and we had relocated some distance from it, but Ollie and James kept an eye on the property and checked all was well through cold weather etc. I can't imagine another estate agency putting in the effort and work that James and Ollie did. Highly recommend them and would have been a whole new level of stress without them. Really personable, great rapport with solicitors, very professional.
