i have been a patient of dr laura woodhouse at this practice for 6 years, since august 2020 and i have not seen her once, nor indeed any other doctor within the practice. she has provided no duty of care, no continuity of care, has not in any way engaged with my constant pain following an accident 42 years ago, diagnosed my diabetes by text message and left me until i had to be referred to the homerton as an emergency, denied me essential hrt both during the pandemic and since, causing catastrophic harm to my body and mental health, and perhaps unbelievably, every single prescription request i have made over the last 6 years has contained an error or omission. just to get basic reports, and even discharge documents i am obliged, on today's date, to contact the General Medical Council. any interested party can have a copy of my letter should they wish
