Found them on BHW, dmed them for the special discount code. I tried both Sprint and RCN. Sprint proxies were fast but they weren't very clean. RCN were 0 fraud score and unbanned on my target websites. I am happy with them especially for the price.

Considering how much all other proxy providers are charging for premium IPs (i'm talking about real static ips) then this is literally a steal. You can get single proxies at bulk prices.. this usually isn't possible but I guess they have made it so on purpose.

Would have given a 3/5 if not all those shady promotion for false advertisement
In general, bart is a 3/5. Not bad but far from outstanding. It's totally fine to use them if you are not quite serious about botting but more a fun to you.
Not sure if it's the competition, Bart asked the users to give 5 star review, in return we will be given a discount on our next renewal.
It's a shame to be honest.
