Professional service from start to finish.
The West Bromwich branch, after some time looking around, are the only ones I would recommend to sell with. They know the areas well and give an honest price on estimation which they know it will sell at. They are open and honest, didn't mind the calls and emails, always responded and where reassuring all the time.
Molly and Dean went above and beyond for us after delays from our buyer solicitors and really pushed things through to ensure we kept our chain moving. Really happy with the service. Didn't mind chatting through some of my wobbles and giving reassurance. Ensured all parties where up to date and where informed the whole way through. Considering the chain it didn't take too long either.
A nice bonus to be local, not only to pop in and chat face to face but sometimes get to meet their little pup, who is really adorable.

I would definitely use Bartrams Stone Cross again. Excellent customer service and excellent value. I felt it was a very personal service and they took into consideration the age of my father whilst selling and helped him through this daunting process including practical help with viewings, key handover etc. They even recommended a removal company, who were brilliant too! Dean was particularly helpful and amenable and I can’t recommend them enough! Brilliant!
