Ordered on the 22nd no despatch email no f all. Using the same email address by queried the order only to get a reply asking me for more detail details. You mean you can’t get my order from the same email address I purchased it from? Utterly useless this is obviously someone’s business in the bedroom. Avoid.

I had purchased 2 x CF150 CF100 Cooker Hood Filters for Cookology Carbon filters. They have sent me wrong items.
I bought a set of charcoal filters for my oven hood. One was slightly faulty and I informed the company. Their turnaround and support was excellent. Within a day I received a replacement. Product good value for money with good, reliable customer service. Definitely recommend them.
Horrendous people. They talk over you, and get all indignant and hang up. When you spend extra for next business day delivery and its not delivered the next business day, they repetitively tell you it was picked up the next business day, so will be deliver after another day.
So "Next Business Day Delivery" actually means "Next Business Day Picked up, and Delivered the day after the Bext Business Day"
