Awful! I was playing (not winning unfortunately) when they randomly logged me out forced me to customer support who told me they make these account reviews regularly. Would tell me why and when I demanded my balance back they said up to 10 days!!!

Do not use this casino.

I made 3 successful deposits via paysafecard. Won on the first and made a successful withdrawal.

They then allowed me to wager £1000’s in spins on games where I was close to triggering the jackpot spins and then blocked my account and confiscated my money. Not bonus funds, my real money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Avoid whatever you do!! They are crooks! All good taking your money (I was £900 down) ended up clawing it back by pure luck on a live game! Withdraw £2500 and had £100 to play with. Went to log in and they’ve shut my account for 5 years! No explanation! I got my money as I already had it withdraw but if I didt I would have lost that!! Just like I’m £100 down which I have no access to! Live chat said due to the account not existing anymore I can’t get the £100 which is my money!! Just goes to show!! Didn't give me their welcome bonus and tried to say I didn't select it during my initial deposit, when I definitely did.

Had a win and they then gave me "free 5€" that i now have to wager trough with my win. And theres no way to cancel the "free money" at all. You are forced to loose your real cash before i can make a withdrawal. They are decieving customers with these "free" things.

Welcome offers seem good but they'll make up fake terms and conditions to weasle out of the offer and then closed my account and banned me from WhiteHatGaming which isn't a loss.

A total scam. I withdraw £150 and after 3 days of waiting and emailing customer support I’ve got a email back saying my account was closed and all my funds confiscated. Stay away if you don’t want to loose your money.

Avoid!!! Seems all the other reviews are true! I am having the same problems and replies from them as all the others. deposited £180 and finally got a small win, withdrew £300 still pending after 24 hours so I mailed them, they replied saying it was pending, looked the next day and no pending withdrawals and no authorized withdrawals. nothing in my account and nothing in my bank so I mailed them again. They replied that the withdrawal had failed due to my bank( see how many other reviews have had the same reply!) I have played dozens of online casinos and had no problem paying to the card I use to deposit, Absolute rubbish! I will be phoning my bank in the morning to see if any attempt was made, then straight to the GC and ombudsman if not legal proceedings , Do not play here you will not get paid!!!
