Better than anticipated based on other reviews

Having read the rather stingy bad reviews here after I had ordered a set of mini bars, I was bit worried. However, my worries were mostly brought to shame and I wanted to chime in with this predominantly good experience.
The shipment of my preorder was postponed for a total of 10 days (I believe) due to customs issues at their EU fulfillment center. Customer service was very responsive, though, and service minded. The goods arrived today, securely packaged and even double boxed. The mini bars seem very sturdy and well built from the first look and a couple of L-sits.
I would have given five stars if not for the fact that they advertised with free shipping in Europe and I was still charged for shipping. After a short mail to customer service shipping was credited, so no harm done.
All in all an okay experience with a few hiccups but nothing CS wasn’t able to solve.

Late shipping, faulty products

Ordered their minibars deluxe parallettes and it came way later than the estimated time that it would ship, total time took months which is insane. After all that waiting the wooden part isnt integrated well to the metal part so the whole thing wobbles when im using it for handstands, feels like the wooden part is going to snap right off when i move the parallettes around.

Just avoid them at all cost if you live…

Just avoid them at all cost if you live in Europe. I should have researched them before I ordered. The same day dispatch for orders before 12 pm claim is just rubbish. Not even the one saying that orders after 12 pm will be dispatched the next day is true. Emails replied within 24 hours? Not true as well. Availability on the phone? Zero! Never had such an experience with an online shop. Won't order from them again. And seen I don't trust them to give me my money back, I will activate PayPal and AMEX.

It took over 6 months to get my nordic…

It took over 6 months to get my nordic plus delivered, they always pushed the day. They also forgot to send another product and i had to ask them to give me another product because they could not deliver that one. My Nordic plus broke down less then a month. Jason Gulati who is CEO told me he would talk to the people in the factory. Never heard back from him and He has now ghosted me for a month. Nobody responds to my questions.

Avoid at all cost

Do not trust their claims about same day dispatch.I have purchased goods over two weeks ago and they still haven’t been shipped in spite of the claims on the product page that goods are shipped the same day.Don’t give the promise you have no intention to fulfil or at least have the decency to let people know that you can’t meet your commitments- that’s a standard practice for mature business that are run by intelligent people,clearly this business doesn’t fall in that category.

Followed up with the company to get an update and resolve the issue but haven’t heard back. I have filed a complaint with fair trading agency,hopefully they can help.

I ordered and paid for a set of base…

I ordered and paid for a set of base block parallettes 13th of august 2022.

January 2023 i sent baseblocks a mail, and asked about the paralettes.
You told me that a mistake has happened and that the paralettes would be resent in february, 2022.

I asked about it again in the end of march 2023 as I did not not get any more information and time was passing.
You told me that there had been a delay, and that my paralettes would be shipped the same week.

Now we are reaching may 2023, and i still have not recieved any news about the paralettes.

This is the worst service i have ever received.
I recieve no update about whats going on. No confirmation emails, no news about shipping, no tracking number.

It took more than a month to be shipped…

It took more than a month to be shipped while they advertised 3 open days. I even used they coupon for 90 days free, I didn't even used it. When they charged me on the 4th month I asked them for a reimbursement and they refused because 'they don't do that' lol. I was going to buy more stuff from them. I'll do it with an other company.

Not reliable company

Ordered my pre order on the 11th february and Were told on the website, that all pre-orders would be shipped on the 15th february - that never happened.

Then I contacted the Company, who was lying and giving me a new ship date: 15th March.

Now the date has passed, and still no mail or Any other confirmation on what is going on.

I contacted the Company again, and they would again (suprise) lying, giving me false promisses, excuses and design me of with a bs reply with no real information when things are going to happen.

Even their website still says, that all pre orders are planer to be shipped on 15th March 2022.

What a rip off

Order 1656 and 1707 are still lost...
