I tried the Based supplies Tallow on a complete, im going to test to see if its actually what they say it is.....I completely stopped using my retinol, and other serums and moisturizers. Gave it a true 60 day trial. I am SOLD....I really love this product and so does my face. Haven't had 1 zit since using it and its been a solid 2.5 months since ive started using it. My face feels "fed" and not dry all day.
I was so impressed with the product and noticed they had a shampoo....ive got short thin hair...its always been a battle to keep my hair looking healthy....so im trying their Onion hydrosol shampoo and so far loving the outcome as well. All I can say...is for me...im seeing results with their products and so here I am writing my honest review about their products that I am loving.

I started by trying the Tallow and Honey balm, unscented. I wasn't sure at first because it seemed hard to get out and apply. Then I started using the back of my nail as a scoop and it works great. Spreads so nicely and you don't need much. I live in a northern climate(MN) and it made such a difference with my dry skin. Every winter I get cracks on my thumbs from the dryness and washing my hands so much more with cold and flu season. I've never found anything that actually works and this stiff does! Overnight the cracks disappear. Worth it for that alone. I've been using the balm for 9 months and an just now finishing my first jar. This stuff lasts FOREVER. After I was sold on the balm, I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for 5 months. I LOVE the smell and feel of both. I have def noticed my hair feels thicker and there is so much new growth. I actually have a thick ponytail now! Then I decided to get the soap. I've been using that for about 2 months. I use it on my face and body. I got a little sponge mit to go with it for my face and my skin feels amazing after! The smell is also so refreshing. I bought a couple jars of the balm as Christmas gifts and they all loved them! I just ordered the balm with the essential oils to see how that is. Haven't received yet. You can only buy the original from the website. NOT Amazon. Those are just rip offs. Love that I can support small businesses and get great products. Keep up the great work Based Supplies!

The honey and tallow balm, magnesium cream and the beeswax lip balm are all top notch. Best tallow & honey balm on the market and I’ve tried many. This stuff is the real deal and you can only get it from their website. I was fooled by an Amazon knockoff and wasted my money. Now I only buy directly from the Based Supplies website. The tallow and honey balm have helped my son’s acne and with nightly use, cured my fungal toenail, which I’d been battling for many years of failed treatments and prescriptions.

In my house we only use the tallow soap bar to wash our face and the tallow & honey balm on our face cream. My pre-teen and teenagers skin are clear or clearing up from harsh acne and leaving their skin so smooth. In my 40s perimenopause hit me hard and I started to break out with acne as if I were a hormonal teenager. I was using very expensive products to help keep my skin clear but I still had dark spots and wrinkles were sneaking in. When I seen this product online after hearing about beef tallow being used for the face I decided to give it a try, I am very glad I did. The dark spots are almost completely gone, the wrinkles are under better control and my skin is clear of acne and very soft.

OK, heads up everyone… You cannot buy real basedsupplies Products on Amazon. They do not sell their products on Amazon. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon, some of it’s good some of it not so good, and I have to return it.
One day I was looking on Amazon and I saw something that looked like it was from-based supplies, but I know they do not sell on Amazon! It had the same logo, and the same label as basedsupplies, so I was confused. To get the real product you have to order from their website directly, you will not be disappointed! This is real stuff that your skin sucks up because it’s so thirsty, and has been so mistreated by other products that are no good for it. These products are made in small batches with real, pure ingredients.
I apply the tallow balm to my face and within hours. It looks so much better. I feel so much better. It works on my rosacea, and the rough patches that come up on my body. Don’t make a mistake and buy from Amazon, go directly to basedsupplies.com and buy the real stuff.

We buy and use their unscented balm for my son's eczema after horrible experiences with steroids and jak-inhibitors. It took a little while, but overall his skin is looking so much better lately. We *only* buy direct from their website because the scam artists are getting tricky.

The tallow and honey balm is phenomenal. I am 47 yrs old and have used 3-4 jars so far. My husband of 25 yrs noticed an huge difference and asked what I’m doing. I now use their beef tallow skin care , their tallow soap and their onion shampoo and conditioner. I can't say enough about how good all of these are. The shampoo leaves my hair so soft and full, their tallow soap soap makes my skin soft all day and the tallow makes my face and hands feel rich and moisturizer all day. It is making dark spots fade away. You only use a little - best products I've ever used.

I’ve been using Base supplies for seven months now, and it has absolutely cleared every part of my skin on my face; acne that I was prone to having on outbreaks has disappeared. I wish I could post photos on here to show - just got back from Mexico and have the most beautiful deep melanated glowy tan because beef tallow is also a natural sunscreen without chemicals! The most tan I’ve ever been. I’ve ordered from this company multiple times and always have gotten my shipment within a week. They are a small family owned company that have quality products. This product bought directly from Based supplies.com and not from any other sources has been a true blessing in our lives. It has helped control the eczema from my husband's hands and my grandbabies's skins. I recommend this product to anyone having issues with their skin that are not from a fungal nature since that type of problem needs to be addressed via medical intervention. My grandbaby had a terrible eczema that turned out to be a fungal infection, but thanks to Based Supplies Tallow (without essential oils) it stopped spreading and kept the fungal infection contained and almost unnoticeable. Products unlike anything else out there. I have an extremely oily t zone area but dry cheeks. The tallow honey balm has already changed my skin in a month of use. My skin is very soft and the dry areas on my cheeks and redness is gone. Also the frown lines between my eyebrows are less prominent. One note, you can only get the product from the Canadian company that makes it. Amazon or anywhere else is counterfeit product. I have experienced fast shipping times each time I have ordered. Highly recommend this small family owned business!
