What really sets Base apart is the ability to cross-reference performance data across all channels in one place.

I have never seen a scam so big. They are partnered with Groover and the engagement is so low, you can pay 600 euros for 700 Spotify listeners (so just do a meta ad and you'll get at least 20 times the number). As for their youtube Ad, it's clearly them just using bots because you can get like 300 000 views and 0 likes, aouch... Plus, 50% of my listeners are from Kenya and 45% from Ghana and Nigeria, very suspicious and random. When I told them please stop focusing my audience on these countries I gave them a list of countries to focus on, they agreed and never followed the instructions. I paid these guys 200 bucks so that they could boost my fan base, as they advertised. They are wow, but in reality, they do not even know what an ad is. They spend 60% of the budget on 3 fans only LOL, and then they stopped the campaign. It has been 6 days, no comunication nothing.

I did the same campaign ad myself and found a freelancer also. We both got better results than these so-called experts. It is a clear scam.

Read before buying anything from these scammers. Waste of money and waste of time.

After spending several thousand euros, questions about sustainability remain. Even this company can hardly make a difference with high-quality analyses if people don't bite.

Launched a 100 eur campaign and asked to cancel it midway since it wasn't performing well but received no further reply by customer service despite my multiple emails. Ended up spending 100 eur on a pointless campaign with no control over it! Try something else.

I have a good experience with Base for music and would definitely use it again. I think however it is only worth doing if you understand how ads work. Since the ads they run are through meta, if you don't understand country tiers or even clusters, you risk not getting certain countries you placed in the ad reached, which is what happened to me. However, other countries did really work well and I end up having more streams. This was the first time I used ads and actually worked, so overall I'm quite happy.
