Great alternative to expensive competitors
I have been looking for a lightweight solution to manage my online sales for quite some time. They were either clunky, did not have the functionalities I wanted, or expensive. I gave Baselinker a go, and I must say so far it has been working really well. For me Reverb integration was a must, and these guys had it, which was quite unique. They helped me set it all up, were very reactive to support tickets, etc. Also, love the automation module!
Tried many, but this is the one for me!!
I have tried many applications to manage my eCommerce channels and BaseLinker covers far more than others. They have great support when needed, and very helpful when you require it.

Great tool for e-commerce automation
I've been using Baselinker for some time and I can say it is an excellent e-commerce management tool.
It offers a lot of automation possibilities and assisted me in managing orders and synchronising stocks, saving me valuable time and effort. If properly used it will be one of the best tools you can have, and the support team is responsive, helpful, and prompt.

I have had problems for 1 year with the listing of 500 products and even now, after all this time, the problem of listing 500 products imported from emag in baseliker and associated afterwards for the synchronization of prices and stocks could not be solved. I have to change something every day to the products in baselinker to make the listing and even after the multiple interventions of several operators from the baselinker team, this has not been successful until now after several reimports and changes to the products sent one after the other and which they said were not even resolved 50% of them are not synchronized. For this reason, I gave up on a project with 80,000 products, even though I paid between 100 and 150 euros per month, just because I had the products in baselinker at their suggestion, even though there were only 10 listed in the marketplaces 20 products, I was paying 150 euros monthly. What kind of integrator are you if you are not able to list in a year 500 products that have been imported into baselinker? If you are not able to return my money back
And I wrote to you I don't know how many times that I want to talk to someone from your management to explain these problems to them, why can't I talk to someone there?
Maybe tomorrow when I file a complaint with the opc that I paid and even after 1 year I still haven't solved these problems even though I'm up to date with the payment, maybe something will be solved
Order Process drama - Kaufland
First time using Baselinker, process orders from various platforms is supposed to be possible.
So you will think this is easy. You can't even print an invoice without setting up a printer integration. An impossible (o.k. ... difficult) job if other freelancers - not around - should process the orders.
And it takes a while before you have figured out how to install the printer on the help-page, it has bad explanations. Also the print-application on your laptop as well, no info how I would be operating it.
At the bottom of the page only a green 'thumbs up', so no room for feedback ... or improvement, no wonder the page is bad.
Then the explanation how order processing works, is also quite unclear. Ow yes, of course, it was not possible to give feedback either, only a 'Thumbs Up'.
With Kaufland, when processing orders, you need to give data for a shipping carrier and tracking number. We start without any shipping API-connection, we want to do it simple & start manually to see how Baselinker works out. In the order process page of Baselinker, this 2 data input-fields are not given, so what is the use then of using Baselinker for initial order processing. As we need to go back to Kaufland to fill in these 2 data.
Ow, here they also want me first to choose a shipping company or platform!? I just want to process initial orders and get accustomed to Baselinker.
Then I wanted to print invoices via my existing woocommerce website. Choose for 2-way orders syncing, meaning orders in Baselinker also are uploaded to the Woocommerce shop. NO-WAY, not happening.
Very bad first experience & Waste of my time.

It's already an excellent platform and they have worked really hard at perfecting the integrations.
For me, it's the customer service that is paramount and this has been excellent so far. There are no English video tutorials, which is a minor gripe but there customer service helps you with no trouble.

For our e-commerce company after almost 3 years of using Baselinker, it is the most important tool for processing, completing and managing orders.
We have integrated all our shops, marketplaces, invoicing, SMS and after order emails in one place, with full automation of the process and full customization.
Now we can't even imagine being in e-commerce world without Baselinker.

Great solution
Great solution - I am using it to manage my sales on three e-shops as well as at Amazon, eBay and Etsy. I use it for listing, stock sync, shipping, printing labels, and communicating with my clients. Saves a lot of time and is quite cheap. I love their packing assistant - once we set-it up it drives down the number of errors we made significantly. Would definatedly recommend it. I had some small issues at the begining but the support team helped me solve them ans its working great.

Running ecommerce without Baselinker is pointless. Saves time, scales way better than team and gives customers the best shopping experience. One more thing, the customer support is mindblowing, they are answering inmidiatley, also over the weekend and quite often implementing solutions based on customers feedback. There are no words to describe how much I love Baselinker.

Best Ecommerce integration tool ever.
BaseLinker lets us handle few hundred orders a day - it's quick and convenient. Tens of automatic actions, a dozen or so e-mail templates and printouts, an invoicing tool, orders from the store and marketplace in one place - all this and much more saves us the work of at least a few people in our company.

The platform is ok but needs to be cleaned up, a much smarter interface is required.
Anyways we found the platform useless for our needs due to the following problems:
You can not list product variations on Amazon, Etsy and Woocommerce.
Price and Stock sync options are every 8 hours or 24 hours.
Depending on your business needs this renders the platform completely useless.
