Ordered the 65w powerbank for a friend.the day after it arrived she told me that it didn't work. When I contacted to company they instructed to try a few steps and told me to ask her to try to record the device while charging. Very embarrassing gift..

Scam company ordered a single sofa bed in November never received it I have email so many times they keep saying go to the chat, this I rubbish now I have lost my money 😡

Ordered a headset on November 16th it says it was sent out on November 19th. Today is December 8th and still don’t have and tracking information still says NOTHING!! Company says give it time!! Don’t order from this company!!

Scam company. I’ve tried to track where my sofabed is as ordered 3 weeks ago and says error when try to log onto the ref or tracking and no longer able to send an email. I have also received some rubber gloves in the post which I have not ordered so seems like this is something they do.

Scam company. Sent household gloves instead of sofabed so that tracking could show as delivered. Reported to credit card company for full reimbursement.

Tracker said item had been delivered. It hadn't.
Contacted them by email and told me to go o live chat.
Both website and chat are down.

Scam ? Product never delivered I contacted them by email they emailed back and said they wanted me to use helpline on their website for further information contact them through this. Website currenttly down!

I've paid for this sofa/bed/seat but I havent received for long time. You better NOT scam me. I'll go mad if you do. Dont buy this stupid company. All I want is this sofa to get into my home in time for Christmas but I dont think so. I've emailed few times and live chat but nothing and website wasnt there anymore. Something fishy going on 🤬

Do not waste your time buy baseus products. It failed me not once, not twice, but 3 times! And I must be stupid keep buying it and think ah nah it's a simple product, maybe it will work this time, who can fail on this simple task? And yes, it does fail on this simple tasks. So the latest purchase is a so called 65w power bank, charged it to 100%, it self discharged to 79% in 2 days, then when charing my phone with it, it died out immediately so not even holding 79% as displayed Putting on charge again, after 1 minute, it immediately displays 22%, what the heck? Plus, this thing is not fast charging at all, same cable on my wall adaptor is charging much faster so I'm positive problem is on this bank. Long story about the other 2 Baseus I had. And there you go, why baseus? why? why you always promote your brand as some kind of premium brand while you simply can't even function right? You cable never really reached their rated charging speed, your car charging adaptor is fake usb 3.0 quick charge, and your power bank has a faulty controlling unit or cells that self discharge and shuts it down under no load. I'm not like demanding a fancy product from you, but why can't you simply offer a product that simply does the job? And you know what? During this annoying process, I wasted my time, yes, even if I returned it under paypal's customer protection (thank god I chose paypal why buying your dodgy gadgets), I, wasted, my, time, and my time costs way more than this freaking bogus brand. You really started to make me sick, in order to do future myself a favor, I'll never even look at Baseus again.

If I can give a zero review for this company I would. They’re TERRIBLE AND A SCAM! I first bought a car vacuum from them and after I received it, I decided I wanted the upgraded version which I would be giving them MORE MONEY but they refused to exchange it. How does this make sense? A customer is trying to give you more money and you refused to exchange. Then the price dropped and I asked for a price adjustment and they said it was the lowest it’s ever been. I don’t care if it’s the lowest price, I am just asking for the price difference refunded. They lack common sense and lack the ability to understand any request. I hate this company so much because of how much time I’ve wasted trying to explain a normal business practice to them. I can’t imagine what their “service” side of the business for malfunctioning products look like.

Amazing quick delivry I have been using baseus for 2 years and no problems

i bought the Baseus power bank. This year in January 2023 and followed all instructions but four months later it would not hold a charge .i contacted their online store for warranty through ebay with no satisfaction after sending video and photos. and getting nowhere i contacted their customer service. which waste of time .be aware this item is a waste of money and warranty not worth a light

Bought 5 pcs of t12 intelligent anti loss devise. You can't register as there is no option to accept terms as required. Is this a Scam!

I ordered the baseus h1i headphones on aliexpress. I found them to be subpar in sound quality and requested return/refund procedure the very next day. Seller did not provide u.s. address for returns and seller would not provide any other recourse. It cannot be shipped back to China. I had to look up Baseus U.S. distributor myself and they also did not respond, even though on their site it states that it can be returned within 7 days, with or without reason or with video proof (for sound issue?), as if that makes sense. Aliexpress backs these shady companies and sellers. The seller just kept ghosting and evasive just like Baseus corporation so I started to investigate these products and come to find out these headphones do not even have the hi-res LHDC codec it claims on the box. Furthermore, only 5 chinese brand phones are compatible with the LHDC codec and no other hi-res codecs are supported by their headphones yet this is not disclosed on advert to international unsuspecting buyers who are duped they are getting hi-res sound when they aren't with incompatible phones which is nearly everyone outside of chinese market. Only a few buyers realize they are not getting hi-res sound. I even submitted video evidence that the headphones only support basic aac codec yet it was ignored by both seller and aliexpress. Don't purchase electronics from aliexpress unless you do a lot of research because they have a lot of shady companies and sellers and you will not be able to return/refund or it will be arbitrary based on seller. Because I left an important review for other would-be buyers that these headphones only support lhdc codec and no other hi-res outside of china market or certain chinese branded phones, it was not posted or deleted. The seller also refused to give refund based on review, not actual case. The seller or baseus has given refund to some others for marketing or advantageous reasons, such as deleted negative review. Again, shady company and shady sellers.

Baseus products are very poor quality, bad electronics, don't work to the specification on their website. I bought a USB-C hub last year. It ran so hot it burned your fingers. Baseus said that was normal. After loads of emails and complaints I eventually got my money back. They launched a new USB-C hub this year and I foolishly bought one. Absolute failure, didn't work in so many ways. But they really did everything they could to not allow me to return for a refund. I sent emails and videos to prove the faults. Their "30 day easy returns" website claim is simply a lie. I got a refund after reporting to PayPal. Dishonest company, avoid.
