We had a quick response via text and email very easy to deal with if you’re looking for an upgrade, don’t fly enough to get it. This could be what you need.

Amazing! Less than 24 hours before my flight I signed up. It was almost instantaneous. I flew the next day and was upgraded on both legs of my flight and didn’t have to pay for luggage. I boarded with group 1 so there was plenty of space in the overhead bin. I feel like I’ve already gotten my money’s worth and I still have a return flight to experience.
