Scammer fake shop, dont buy there!

I placed my order on the 1st November and have just received it on the 7th November.

I was a little worried about ordering because some of the other reviews were negative, but my experience was perfect. They replied to my email very quickly and sent out my parcel the day after I placed my order and it came in 5 days (I live in the UK and my parcel came from Poland).

Thank you so much and I will definitely be ordering from Basketo again!

Placed order Friday 17 April up to a weekend, UPS delivered Thursday 23 April.
Goods 100% as ordered.
Didn't get any order/shipment notifications - but wrote them an email the 23 of April and they send the tracking with showed is was to be delivered same day.

Ordered two replacement high grade basketball nets and size 6 Spalding outdoor basketball. Arrived within the 10 day time frame given at order stage despite all of the additional difficulties and restrictions due to Covid19. All items are exactly as described, brand new and I'm delighted with the quality (I returned some rubbish and disappointming nets to Amazon before ordering with Basketo.) I payed via PayPal as some other reviews left me a little wary, but it seems these worries were unnecessary. My order was shipped from Poland as stated on the website, via tracked courier service, I received a notification from the courier about 6 days after I placed my order with the tracking info. I'm in the Republic of Ireland so I could pay on Euros too which was really convenient. Will use this company again.

I ordered Nike trainers for my sons chrismas present as sports direct didn’t have the size. More than double the price I paid through this company.
DPD text to say they’d been delivered 6 December. I work in a school and swipe in and out so can prove I was not home when I apparently signed for the goods! It was also the Christmas Fair so I worked later.
I’ve sent so many emails without response.
I’ve raised a dispute and complaint via PayPal.
The customer service is so unprofessional.
I’m presuming I’ll have to find another pair elsewhere as I doubt the company will replace especially to be received by Christmas Day- in 6 days.
Nothing like a stressful transaction at this festive time of year.

Merchant is in Poland despite .co.uk site. They asked me to return the shoes to Poland at my own expense. Once returned they kept them and refused to refund me in breach of UK consumer rules. Avoid!

I was worried it wouldn't come after reading other reviews, but deliver was super quick and it is a genuine website!

Placed order in good faith.Money taken and nothing for a week then order rejected email ignored . Daughters Xmas present not going to be delivered and no refund yet ?

Do not use this company. The goods never arrived and they are refusing to replace of refund my goods. Their customer service is appalling.
