Really bad customer services
Really bad customer services. They dont answer you in case you have a problem. Products not worthy for the price and really bad packaging. My items were in a bad condition and they dont reply to me or giving me any solution. + delivery really slow (I wait for 1 month)

I placed my order 3406678 on 02.04 but I still haven’t received my order I have sent lots of emails to them but haven’t heard back . I’m still waiting for my products. Is this a fake company???

Its really horrible service! Disaster! Really scamming!
I placed order almost 2 weeks ago, money were taken from my account, but still no confirmation of my order. No invoice, no tracking. I am calling on hot line, but for 1.5 week I cant get any information, any decision.
What is it the behaviour to the client? Is it service? What kind of company can let that behaviour to people in 21st century? Its not professional, its not service. Dont do any orders with that company!!!

Fantastic service
I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but it was perfect! I've been looking for a month for a certain product and this was by far the best price. The item was shipped same day (I ordered in the morning) and I received it 2 working days later. Would definitely use again

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Made an order because they said they will deliver within 2-3. And after 4 days when I asked where is my order they sent me an email with tracking number which shows nothing and not exist in DHL system. Avoid this company
