You can use Baslerbeauty without being scared

After some issues to get my parcel, the customer service of Baslerbeauty finally answer to my request to help me out to find it. It took 2 weeks to finally discover that DHL lost the parcel but after some investigation from Baslerbeauty, they could find out where the parcel was.
If every one could have listen to me as from the moment I raised my hand, we could get this parcel way before that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Which is better than only 1 star my first evaluation !
With that bad experience, I can confirm that Baslerbeauty is a serious company and you can buy on their site without being scared
