BassBros are a professional friendly welcoming bass guitar specalist dealer.Having spoken to Will & Sam on the phone and exchanged emails it was good to finally meet Sam at the shop on busy Saturday morning with customers already booked in when I arrived. It was a very friendly atmosphere with like-minded people in a relaxed environment. I can’t praise this company enough and I’m happy to recommend them. Shall we say 10 stars instead of five stars, thank you Sam and Will.

I picked up a pre-loved Mike Lull from Bassbros. The bass was as advertised, in excellent condition. It was well packed and arrived in a couple of days. I traded in another bass in part exchange and the whole process was very smooth. Bassbros are friendly and professional and would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them.

First time using Bass Bros and traded my Fender pro 2 jazz for a 73 P-bass and couldn’t be happier! Collection and pickup was easily sorted and Will kept me informed throughout.
Greatly recommend, great selection of basses and my 73 plays like a dream with tons of mojo..!!

Yet another overwhelmingly positive visit to see Will and Sam at BassBros which culminated in me getting my hands on a fabulous G and L L1000 CLF bass. I love my visits to Bass Bros, for such young guys they have superb knowledge, amazing stocks and customer service which is second to none. Where else could you go in the UK and see three pristine Ken Smith basses?

The service from Bass Bros was exceptional from the start! My initial questions were answered almost immediately and the set up I requested was perfectly carried out. I live on a British Island where deliveries can be an issue, but this was shipped out the next day and arrived within 3 working days! The bass was exactly as described and I honestly can't rate Bass Bros high enough! Outstanding!

Stumbeled across BassBros by accident when I was looking to step up from my Ibanez Talman. Spotted an immaculate 2021 Fender Player Jazz Fretless on their website at a very reasonable price. After a quick delivery, I was over the moon with this simple, practical 4 string. The set-up was perfect and so was the condition of the instrument. Whatever your budget, I'd recomment as BassBross a first choice for aquiring a quality used, or nearly new bass guitar.

Ordered a fretless bass and it came in perfect setup.
Also arrived very fastly in Switzerland.

They have a great collection of used instruments, professional workshop.
