Jay Tovar was incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough. After just mentioning my business needs he was able to fully understand and grasp my specific desires as a client. Working with skip tracers can be exhaustive and tricky. However, with BatchSkipTracing it was instantaneous. I was fearful I had made an error and Jay came in to resolve the issue after a quick text message. No customer service lines or being transferred.
Having a dedicated rep who is knowledgeable and also a pleasure to speak with makes for good business throughout.
