Very disappointed with Bateriku.
I used to trust them because their after-sales service was good. If your battery had issues under warranty, they would check it and even provide a temporary battery while testing yours.
But my recent experience was terrible. During a trip to Melaka my car couldn’t start. They sent someone and gave me a temporary battery but charged RM30 for jump start because it was a dealer. Months later I had to keep chasing them about my battery, and after multiple swaps the battery died again.
When I contacted them, they simply said my mileage exceeded the warranty and refused to help. The customer service just repeated the same scripted response without understanding the situation.
Their batteries are not cheap. People buy from them because of convenience and service, but from my experience that service is no longer the same.
Unfortunately, Bateriku has lost a customer.
