I had a terrible experience with Batery Bet. I deposited 3 times money to my account, it was debited from my bank, but it never reflected in my Batery Bet account. It’s been more than 4-5 days, and every time I reach out, I only get automated replies or extremely delayed responses from customer care—sometimes taking 3-4 days to respond, and even then with no resolution.

My batery betting id is 61234752. My payout is stuck with you which amounts to rs 17000. First they ask you to wait for 72 hours to get the money reflected in your bank. Then when the timeframe of 72 hours is passed. They are not replying to my requests also. It's more than 10 days my money is not properly transferred to the bank account. In actual they have never sent the money only it will show you as processed. Then the money is gone. Please transfer the money immediately or you will be liable to visit court. Payout number is 11749940088. Please solve the money related problem immediately.

Worst worst worst It is a totally scam I will recommend never visit this site. Its a froud my recent deposits have not been funded i deposit 5000 and 12700 rs. On. 1 march. And now its 30th march but there is no solution given from there side. I deposited money on 22march 2025. But money not credited to my account. I made a request but they told me to wait for 3days as they are send a letter to their operator. I deposited money into my Batery Bet account (Account No: 62899683) on March 27 at 07:50 PM, but the amount has not been credited to my account. Despite raising a request (Request ID: 15712191) and multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution from their support team.

This kind of delay and lack of response raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and report this as online fraud, including action against their payment partners.

I strongly advise caution to others before depositing money into this platform. I demand an immediate resolution, or I will escalate the matter further. Avoid Batery Bet if you value your money!

My Deposit has not been credited to my gaming account since 22 days!
I had Deposited 10000 on 3rd March.

Request ID: 15258048 (Closed), 15335711 (ongoing).
Administration takes ages to respond.
Worst service ever and not really helpful.
All required details were provided and still they are unable to provide a resolution.
The option to communicate with admin is limited and it’s really annoying.
I’m sick of the chatbot and if an Agent connects , same replies every time saying admin will respond to your request.
I’m sure someone will do the same for this also.
Following up ,
I had raised a service request with the bank and they cleared the amount stuck in servers on 21 March and it’s successfully credited to the operator/provider.
If the operator has not received the amount , I’d like to see their statement for the mentioned date. (Of course you people asked for my statement cuz I’m not trustworthy 😅)
The platform is not good in my opinion.
They keep higher leverage compared to other bookmakers. The markets are restricted and games/sports are very limited.
Withdrawals were late too but successful.
Sorry but I’m not suggesting this to anyone.
Hope my money is returned soon
