Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn’t receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can’t tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you “ship” something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I’m receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!

I made an order on 21 july and the tracking is still not working. The site is not working, is not possible to send them an email because it says the receiver do not accept emails and the store in amsterdam is closed. What am i supposed to do? This is unacceptable and a scam under every aspect.

First time ordering from here placed and order on the 17th of July receive the track and trace next day for Postnl but the package was never delivered and Postnl can't verify anything, website is down, email isn't activated anymore and I never got a response when I did email.

They take your money and never send the products!

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and i haven’t heard anything since. Tried to contact the costumer service but they don’t respond. I don’t know where my order is and when I will receive the package. I heard there are some delevery issues, but let the costumer know.

They have great products but Bath and Body Works Netherlands has HUGE issues with delivering online orders. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still not received, I got a tracking number but Postnl never received the package from the sender. It's the second time this happens, last time it took several weeks and emails to resolve it.
They have really good products, but I will stop ordering them due to these issues, it's a shame, but such incompetence is unacceptable...

23 June I made an order, 24 June it said order send. Mailed to customer service 5th of July. They said order shipping within 10 days as website mentioned. But here 10% discount.Yesterday send another mail because order still not send. No answer. To bad thinking of going back to Rituals.
Update still no answer

I recently bought shampoo and conditioner from the stress relief range. On using the products, my hair was totally tangled and took ages to brush. Once brushed it felt straw like. By far the worst hair products, I have ever come across. I emailed customer services twice and have not heard anything back. I was looking to see how I could return the products, each item costs almost 25 euros. Rip off!! Bad quality!! And equally as bad customer services.

This review is only about the logistic experience and not about the products:
I placed my order on a Friday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning, which I was pleased about after reading the terrible reviews left in here. Three of the items I purchased were refunded and not shipped. Knocked two stars out for this review since I shouldn't be given the option to purchase something if it's not on stock. Refund is fair but in this day and age of online commerce I'd expect an email apology and also maybe a discount code for the inconvenience. Overall I'm pleased but definitely very hesitant to place a future order.

I ordered 3rd of January and it has been delivered on the 11th January. Everything went fine. Thank you
