My order was mistakenly sent to my billing rather than the (different) shipping address. Although disappointing, Bath & More UK agreed a way to resolve this problem quickly and efficiently. I would order from them again.

Dirty radiators

My family placed an order for 8 radiators from Bath and More (and 2 from another supplier) as part of our house renovations and the radiators from B&M were dirty (the water coming from them was black and had some residue) - the other 2 radiators we ordered elsewhere did not have the same issue. We contacted B&M but they didn't accept any fault on their end despite video evidence and the difference in water quality between the radiators from them and the other supplier.

Efficient guarantee replacement service

I purchased a mirror from Bath & More last year which since developer a defect - nothing to do with the supply/deivery condition from Bath & More. Contacting them 10 months later they were very swiftly and simply able to arrange a replacement to be provided directly from the manufacturer so I was very impressed with the after-care service and would recommend.

Had a delivery of £200 shower panel…

Had a delivery of £200 shower panel turned up badly damaged. Initially had contact with Andy who was pleasant and understanding.

When requesting a replacement I was told a week which we couldn’t wait for, and no guarantee next one would turn up intact. So changed plans and used the broken panel as splashback.

Asked for a discount on the panel as a result of damage and was met with extremely poor customer service. Offered a 10% discount on what was basically an unusable panel. Kenneth (director) refused to pass on contact details of supplier and then zero response to emails.

This is a joke in this day and age. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
