Hi there Mary,

I'm very sorry to see that you have left 2 star review. As mentioned to you in our last email transaction, I have been out of work due to being on holidays and I've only returned to work today.

And in that 'said' email I said I would chase up the missing item. To which, I have had an update. Sonas Bathrooms have assured me that two items were in fact collected by our courier. The courier has on file that only one item was delivered and another was to follow. My courier is now in the process of chasing up that missing item as we speak.

Once I hear back from them I will be then in touch with you again to provide you with another update.

I am sorry to see that you've left a 1 star review.

I would just like to confirm with you again that I notified yourself almost immediately that the particular vanity unit that you had purchased was actually discontinued from the suppliers which I unfortunately was not aware of. So, I do apologize about that.

However, I did also provide yourself with some other options in exchange but the colours did not suit which is completely understandable.

Again, we do apologize about the misunderstanding and hope that you'll shop with BathConnect.ie again some time in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience

Absolutely fantastic experience! Jamie was incredibly easy to work with - super attentive, full of great ideas and lightning-fast with communication. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Brilliant prices with really wonderful support! Highly recommend!

Bathroom Refurbishment

I have just finished having my bathroom fully refurbished from bathconnect.ie
From my very first conversation with Jamie, I knew I had made the right choice. His patience, kindness & expertise was incredible. He guided me through every aspect of the refit from tiles to taps and everything in between. The customer care during and after the process was wonderful with no question too big or small. I cannot recommend bathconnect.ie highly enough. I am delighted with the results

Finally, a Shower That Doesn't Make Me Cry

Let's be honest, my shower situation before was...sad. Think lukewarm dribbles and a showerhead that looked like it belonged in a museum of questionable plumbing. Then, Bath Connect came to the rescue! I got their new shower unit, and now my mornings are less "grumpy cat" and more "singing in the rain (but indoors, because, you know, responsible adulting)." Excellent value for money and I'd definitely recommend Bath Connect for anyone looking to update their bathroom.
