More over if you avail VIP membership there's a range of benefits being offered. In my case, since I accidentally avail membership having a membership is enough yet I got top-up/upgraded which get me an additional deduction which I never expected. So, I decided account cancelation since any further deduction on my account thus I consult the customer service they responded very quickly which make me feel at ease since there is someone you can consult with any problem you may encounter and Ahlby resolve my cases. Which make me happy and satisfied with this company. I highly praise there customer service

Offers you discounted item, then ties you into some membership and nowhere this bathroomaisle comes up, when query they have claimed you did not place any order and you have requested sign up to membership! Asked to cancel and refund, was told if i give positive review they will refund almost £40 they have charged for membership! I guess most of positive reviews are from people trying to get £40 back! Scammers! I am happy to loose £40 if it helps preventing others to get into this trap!
