I ordered and paid for a tap from this company more than a month ago. Weeks passed and when the product could not be supplied I was told the order would be cancelled and my money refunded. Still waiting, still no refund and still no communication from the company despite several requests for an update.

Ordered 1 month ago and had no delivery and now unable to reach company.

The team confirmed the items and delivery date proactively, and we also managed to rearrange based around when I would be home. Arrived undamaged and good quality duravit sinks now installed and in use. Thank you.

I have been using Gilesgate bathrooms for several years and will continue to do so due to the great service they provide especially from Adam

I wanted to order specific bathroom fixtures from a UK vendor to be delivered in the U.S. Nobody from the fixture vendor or their resellers would help....except Adam Scott took care of me via email. His title says logistics and after-sales, but he treated me like I walked in their front door. Top notch. One recommendation is to allow payment of phone or email orders via credit card.

Was unsure on what I actually needed, went on Live chat and asked for some help, the team was fantastic and answered all the questions I had. Normally hesitant when I buy online but felt reassured once they helped. Will be going back to these guys when I need anything more for my bathroom

I first used these guys a couple of years ago when I was renovating my bathroom and bought a most beautiful Gessi tap, was so pleased with everything I decided to return as now renovating our guest bathroom. This time round I have bought a Duravit vanity unit, basin and tap. Was a bit unsure about a few things so rang and spoke with a guy called Adam before I placed my order. He was really patient and helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. I made my order on line and was really pleased to get an additional discount voucher at checkout. Great communication, products arrived on time and were well packaged. It’s great to find a company with such good customer care (which is becoming a rarity these days). Thanks BathroomLuxe.

Fantastic company! I purchased a handful of bathroom products from these guys and the service was great. Received the products within a few days and I’m super happy with the products I purchased.

The most awful experience we ever had.
Their delivery person left everything on the street. their response was arrogant, they wanted to charge us for a missed delivery. We were at home, but they took no action. Avoid them at all cost

I purchased 4 toilet brushes from this company which all four of them started to leak and as a result i almost immediately had rust stains on all four bathroom floors. After emailing the company, I was told that this is perhaps down to the toilet cleaning product I'm using the toilet brush with and their guarantee wouldn't cover it if the cleaning product contained hard chemicals in it. I told them what cleaning product I'm using, which is a standard product used across the country and that it makes no sense to sell a toilet brush that's not fit for purpose, that can't be used in conjunction with the most basic toilet products. A complaint to the company was originally submitted in the end of June and I'm still waiting for the company to resolve this. I haven't received a compensation for these faulty products I received and I was left with 4 terrible rust stains on my bathroom floors.
