Easy on line ordering , quick delivery and love my vintage radiator

Shocking. Delivery turned up just radiator valves and no Radiator at all. Drive had no idea what was happening even showed him my order and he said that is all there is. I then received an email as i was speaking to the drive saying the order was delayed. So waited in on a Saturday for nothing.

There was some damage to the order but the speed and professionalism bathrooms mountain rectified it in was excellent. Good quality product and great customer service

Everything just went as it should, arrived precisely on time and looks great, then I got an email to check, just a nice company to deal with and no drama.

I bought a bathroom unit that I am unable to use and got zero compensation for it.

I cleaned the drawers about 3-4 hours after installation as the builder asked me to wait until the silicone between the wall and the unit was dry: that's when I realised it was a bit wet inside the bottom drawer : there was a very small leakfrom the water pipe, maybe about 2 or 3 table spoons of water. I wiped it immediately and placed a bowl inside the drawer to catch the water until the builder came back. The water did not sit in there overnight.

A bulge was visible on the bottom drawer within a few hours: it had NOTHING TO DO with water being splashed on the unit.
The bath tub had just been installed at the same time and had not been used for the same reason, the whole bathroom had not been used for 2 days.
They refused to offer any compensation and argued that the unit was water resistant not waterproof.
What kind of bathroom furniture can't even cope with such a small amount of leak? Rubbish quality.
I did not even have time to use the unit, it lasted less than 24 hours. Spent £250 on this unit that I am unable to recover.

Incredible fast service. We ordered on a Saturday and the items we ordered were delivered the next day - yes, Sunday. Unbelievable!
BTW the quality of the vanity unit we ordered is excellent. We will use this company again and we can recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately received a slightly damaged item however Haider from customer support was brilliant help in arranging a replacement for me. Shower unit which arrived at the same time looks good

I got my cabinet fitted by a professional who drew my attention to the shelves which were 4mm too wide to fit into the brackets. I was happy to let the shelves 'sit' on top of the brackets rather than 'slot into' but got in touch with customer services to tell them of the fault. IQRA quickly and politely assessed the situation and resolved with a prompt partial refund.

Great service and processed the delivery refunds straightaway

After receiving my order, I noticed I was missing a part of the delivery (thermostatic valves) I rang customer services and spoke with Abdul Basit.
He was very helpful and processed an immediate refund.

I have bought several items from bathroom mountain , a couple of times i have needed customer services.
Both times the service i have received has been exceptional.
I spoke this morning to A. Basit who was brilliant and very helpful.
