When I received the order unfortunately on unpacking I found one of the items were broken. I phoned customer service and they answered very quickly. I explained the situation and after completing an online form the replacement item was delivered the following working day, which I think is excellent customer service. I am a DIYer and haven't yet finished the installation so can not comment on how well everything works. However the all the items seem to be very good quality and are provided with clear instructions.

Very poor after care, poor quality vanity units. Please don't make the mistake I did.

Delivery, a total joke, sent pic of somebody elses parcel, saying delivered and signed for by someone unknown.......waste of (chosen) day staying in, as signature required. Delivered the following day, without any correspondence, and didn't ask for a signature!! Worse than Evri.

Harmain was very helpful in getting our issue resolved quickly. He kept us up to date and was quick to respond to our emails. Thank you!

I had some concerns about some minor damage to a radiator that was delivered today. The box and packaging was badly damaged.

I hadn’t heard back in over a month regarding a return so I emailed their customer service to find out what caused the delay. Narish was very helpful in resolving this issue within a few days and now the item has been refunded. Very happy with the outcome.

Shocking company.
Bathroom Mountain will do everything possible to avoid accepting responsibility for faulty products. This is the second warranty claim where they have tried to blame my installation instead of dealing with the actual fault.
The first time they eventually admitted the bath was defective and apologised. Now they are repeating exactly the same behaviour with a leaking bath screen.
If you expect honest after-sales support, look elsewhere.

The transaction with Bathroom Mountain was straight forward and went smoothly. However, the courier was when it went wrong. I copied BM on my email to the courier and Tim jumped on it and arranged another delivery date. However, again the courier let me down. Again, within 15 minutes of my email, Tim sorted it out. It was Tim who kept me informed of what was happening. Really pleased with the Bathroom Mountain customer service .. and a huge thank you to Tim.
