I had an issue with a missing item from my bathroom order. Although it was outside the usual reporting period, Minahil took the time to discuss my case with management and was able to arrange a replacement for me. Absolutely fantastic efficient service from Mr Abdul Basit.I rang bathroom mountain at 8.35 am about a mirror that had arrived from the courier damaged .Abdul advised me to take photographs of the damage and by 9am I had a phone call and e mail to inform me that a replacement mirror would be delivered at my convenience tomorrow.Please don’t hesitate to order from this company the customer service and efficient manner this problem was dealt with is 100%.Many thanks Abdul Basit
