Absolutely fantastic efficient service from Mr Abdul Basit.I rang bathroom mountain at 8.35 am about a mirror that had arrived from the courier damaged .Abdul advised me to take photographs of the damage and by 9am I had a phone call and e mail to inform me that a replacement mirror would be delivered at my convenience tomorrow.Please don’t hesitate to order from this company the customer service and efficient manner this problem was dealt with is 100%.Many thanks Abdul Basit

The website was very user friendly, the delivery spot on time.
Unfortunately we had one item delivered broken, but the service from Harmain was excellent. A very speedy and efficient replacement service was triggered quickly and response on email was friendly and fair.

Excellent phone customer service
Having had email dialogue with the customer services team and then speaking personally to Haider who totally understood my current situation, I felt heard and supported.
