Part of Order Missing

Part of Order Missing - Order #11342343

Part of my order wasn't delivered, so I reached out to Bathroom Mountain and they were able to provide a reason for the missing order (damaged in transit). The customer service supervisor (Tamidoor) was able to order a replacement, which is to be delivered tomorrow. Appreciate the swift response.

Thank you to Taimoor for their help! I ordered a unit that wasn’t working and their responses were very quick and they solved the issue within a couple of emails with providing a replacement. Very very helpful, and easily solved. Thank you Taimoor!

Excellent customer service

A two year old rainfall shower head I had purchased from Bathroom Mountain came apart and hit my daughter on the head. I drew this to their attention and Taimoor arranged a replacement within 24 hours
