I bought a brushed brass bathroom cabinet to go with other items I had already purchased from Bathroom Mountain. I was not disappointed, the cabinet is well made and looks great. The service from this company is great. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The customer service agent Kerry, was a great help when a part was not delivered in time. That made up for a major inconvenience

I haven't opened any packages yet as its not being fitted for another 3 weeks. But it was cheap enough, the delivery was spot on. I did pay £10 for the day I wanted. I would definitely recommend bathroom Mountain 💯

I ordered a large mirror . This arrived 2 days ago and it's been stored safely ever since waiting for my bathroom fitter to unpack and install. We got round to unpacking it today, 2 days after it was delivered, to find the whole mirror was shattered! I took photographs and uploaded these via the Customer Portal under the Damaged Goods category (this process was really straight forward). It does state a response will be sent in 24hrs, however, because my bathroom fiiter is scheduled in I thought I'd call the Customer Services Team at the end of the day after submitting the photos in the morning. A lovely adviser called Minahil took my call. She logged straight on to my order, looked at the images and ordered me a replacement to be sent tomorrow! The process was so simple, with no fuss, no interrogation or asking me to confirm anything. What amazing Customer Service, I'm a little in shock to be honest but very gretaful for the speedy turnaround. Well done Bathrrom Mountain for having slick processes and Minahil for the efficient services.

Good products with great prices.

Unfortunately the delivery people couldn't speak English so it made communication very difficult.

I needed to return a toilet and cistern th as t was not what I thought I ordered. Abdul assisted me, and was extremely helpful, arranging a next day pick up to return. and a promised refund.

They will not accept responsability for damaged items if not checked within 48 hours. I was on holiday so could not check parcel until I returned. Hopeless customer service

Great customer service from Caitlin and Sajeel. We received a shower tray which unfortunately had been damaged in transit. A replacement was ordered promptly for delivery the following day and this was later cancelled at our request. Both Caitlin and Sajeel were professional and helpful.

My decision to order from this company came as a result of seeing the lovely vanity unit and basin that my son recently bought. The service has been excellent from the beginning of our correspondence with the company. My husband emailed for additional information before ordering and received a very prompt reply. Ordering on line was easy. Delivery was prompt with clear correspondence throughout. Unfortunately, the sink was found to be damaged on delivery but this has not affected the experience. I have just spoken to Junaide and a replacement has been arranged for tomorrow. Thank you so much Junaide. I will be replacing 2 further bathrooms soon and will be looking at bathroom furniture from this company again.

Bathroom mountain has become my go-to for quality, value and speed of service. I've fitted a few new bathrooms, showers and cloakrooms to my home over the last 15 years. I always search the competition and seem to end up making a purchase from bathroom mountain, because they have the price, quality, and service just right for what I need.
