Make sure you don’t need to return anything
Ordered a bathroom cabinet and mirror. Returned cabinet as the shelves were fixed and didn’t fit my bottles, applied to return and after sending photos of box etc had to return by courier which cost over £40 for a cabinet that was £129. Unfortunately I didn’t have a printer and they needed me to print off paperwork to go inside box and as it was a Sunday night and delivery people collecting next morning I had to go out and buy a printer too. Won’t buy online again without physically seeing something first. Also had to phone and chase up refund, send them proof of delivery before refund being processed

VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN ITEMS
Brought items for approx. £870. Change our mind about using them in new bathroom design. Wanted exchange for other items but insisted that i had return at my own cost. Cost me just £400 to return.
THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL - DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ONLINE FROM THIS SITE-DIRECT FROM A LOCAL STORE IS BETTER IN CASE YOU WANT TO RETURN - NO POSTAGE HASSEL COST WHICH IS EXPENSIVE!

Lack of Quality Control before delivery
I ordered a vanity unit with basin and toilet with cistern enclosed in unit that matched the vanity unit, and a bath.
The bath arrived with a big scratch in it which was visible before being unwrapped! It was rejected and a new one was delivered the next day. The wash basin, when unpacked has a small pitting in the ceramic near to the waste outlet. This had to be replaced, but on a separate delivery 2 days later. Where is the quality control inspection before delivery?
