We purchased various products online and Mick was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was brilliant over the phone, saw the whole selection and ordering process through to the end and made everything so easy to do.

Excellent Customer Service and Delivery
I ordered a shower and toilet from Bathroom Outlet for our recent bathroom renovation. My only regret is that I didn’t order EVERYTHING from them as I have not had the same experience with the other companies I sourced products with. Their customer service, advice and quick response time made everything seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very upfront and helpful when I asked about delivery dates and expectations. Would absolutely recommend.

Great service
I ordered some tile samples and was really impressed with how helpful and prompt they were. The samples were a great size and really helped us make our decision. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely be ordering tiles for our bathroom soon! Highly recommend.

I had the most incredible experience with the bathroom outlet, I spoke to a few of their salespeople including Mick and everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to help me find specific accessories and parts for my bathroom.

Great service, quick delivery
I made two separate orders from Bathroom Outlet. The items were quality brands at good value. Both times the delivery arrived sooner than estimated. I asked the driver to call me in advance which they always did. Both delivery drivers (Barry and Phil) were very helpful and professional, helping us carry the items inside (not always the case). Based on these experiences I would happily recommend Bathroom Outlet.
